Water Treatment Plant for Continuous Strip Plant ( CSP ) in Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd. Rengalli, Orissa. The system controls many group of Pumps with discharge MOV. Pump motors are either HT & LT motors. VFD driven Cooling Tower fans are also controlled by the system.
Fibre optic Profibus is used to communicate with remote I/Os. The PLC communicates with GAS BOOSTER PLC ( Siemens ) over Ethernet.
The scope of work included:
- Design and supply of control systems/ cabinets.
- Software development
- Commissioning and performance trials.
