Automation of screw down in Bliss Mill for Aluminum foil.

Master drive MC is used for screw down application.The Drives are on profibus of Simatic S5 PLC with IM308C Profibus interface module. Referencing of screw down movement is from thickness gauge controller signal.

The scope of work included:

2. Software development & Commissioning
