This is a Material Handling System to convey DAP from the plant to the bagging system. This was earlier running on Simatic S5 System with COROS as a HMI. The system has now been upgraded to run on Simatic -S7 with WinCC as HMI. Upgrade has been executed with a minimal shutdown time since this was a running plant.
The scope of work included:
- Design and supply of control systems / cabinets.
- Software development
- Commissioning
