This is one of biggest chocolate plants in INDIA. The automation system controls & monitors status of complete basic Chocolate making Process from Coco-Beans. This Process includes various stages such as Weighing & batching of different ingredients with very high accuracy, mixing, refining in 5-stage refiner and conching. The final chocolate paste is stored in different storage tanks. On demand, it is transferred to different plant areas such as Wafer, Éclairs, Gems, 5-Star etc. for making final product. Material transfer request from different area is received via PROFIBUS FDL or SINEC-L1/L2 link to main Chocolate PLC. The MIS data of various stages is generated and stored in COROS database.
