Automation system for Raw Mill Plant in Cement Particle Board manufacturing. The system controls raw material feeding (Cement, Fibre, Pulp, additives and Water) according to batch and recipes scheduled on the WinCC HMI station. Batching is done using SIWAREX weighing system on the Simatic PLC. TP 170B is additionally used for local operator convenience.
