This is a Form, Fill, Seal system using Simotion-D435 active line module, two double motor modules. Following are the four motors for machine operation. |

For all the Drives position based Cams are generated with jerk limited profile. Due to Jerk limited profile mechanical life and smoothness of the system increases. |

Speed of the machine achieved 120 bags / min for 500gm. material when dosing system is cup filler. When dosing system is belt weigher with four heads controlled by Siwarex FTA and S7-300, the speed of system achieved is 100 bags /min for 500gm. |

Protool TP-177B is used as HMI Interface on Profibus DP of Simotion D-435 CPU. |

Technology software for Temperature Control is also used in Simotion. |

Print mark correction logic also implemented to achieve optimum performance of machine. |
