Automation system for Ice cream Plant. The existing system was a Texas Instruments PLC System which was upgraded with Siemens S7-300 and WinCC.
The automation system controls all sections of the Mix Plant like Mixing, Batching, Homogenization, Pasteurization, Storage, Routing to packing machines and CIP.
The scope of work included:
- Design and supply of control systems / cabinets.
- Software development
- Commissioning.
